I have known Josephine Butzin since 1997 and have enjoyed her wonderful sense of happiness, love and positivity. Although I never met any of her children, she always mentioned them with great emotion as she expressed her love.

Luke was, and indeed still is, deeply loved by his mum. This extraordinary loss of chance to reach out and embrace Luke is one of the cruelties of life.

But the gift is that Luke can now rest beautifully in his mum's heart forever.
