I met Butzy when he came across to Tasmania with mates Richo and Pauly.

Our friendship eventuated from Footy but extended well beyond. 

I'm in my 7th year at the club and there is no other bloke i would rather share a win with as we both stuck through a lot of tough times on the field and both had the same high expectations for team success.

We worked on the social committee together and enjoyed putting on functions for our team mates and friends. 

When we weren't playing football and the summer months came around he was always one of the first I'd call if I needed a beer which would usually result in him shouting many sambuca shots by the end of the night. 

He was a very good and loyal friend and is hugely missed.
